Why would I have Chapter Synopses on a site that already has complete chapter translations? Well, because this section is for people who may have missed a chapter or two and just want a quick overview on what has happened.
Volume 01
Chapter 01 - The story begins starring Yume -- who is having a weird dream about a Priestess and a red-haired boy. Yume is living a normal life being the twin sister of the msot popular girl in school, she believes in charms&spells, and has a crush on the most popular boy in school, Aoi. On this particular day Aoi casts a spell on Yume to help her when she falls down. Yume has another dream after she falls asleep in her Professor (Kurobe-sensei)'s class and is assigned detention after school because of it. Yume goes to apologize to him and finds a strange mirror -- one that has the same shape of something she had seen in her dreams. From this mirror comes a strange animal called Kirin and the boy (Rekka) from her dream along with a tiny girl named Rii. Another group comes out as well who is trying to hurt Kirin so Yume protects it and turns into the Priestess of their world and thwaps the bad people over the heads with her large fan. Rekka steps in and in turn protects Yume as Suzaku and says he will protect her with his life. The mirror gets smashed and Yume & rekka fall asleep.
Chapter 02 - Rekka and Rii are now living with Yume. ( Rii had cast a spell so that Yume's family recognizes Rekka as Yume & Hime's cousin and Rii lives in her closet). Hime is sick in this chapter so Yume decides to go to Hime's student council meeting for her, and Rekka agrees to stay home and watch over Hime. -- This also means that Yume will be with Aoi alone so she gets very nervous! While they are walking a talent-lady is complaining that her model didn't show up so she decides to use Aoi instead so her and Yume get into it. Meanwhile, at home Rekka is cooking Hime some food and Hime is wondering why in the previous chapter Aoi has asked about Yume even before the disturbance at school. Rekka has aweird feeling so he rushes off to see what Aoi's intentions are with Yume but he ends up becoming a model with Yume along with Aoi, and the fashion lady who pulled them into it seems very happy, but it begins to rain so she shoves everyone off to change out of their modelling clothes. In Yume's van she is recapping what has happened and her van catches on fire. Rekka is nable to help as Suzaku because his power is fire, but Aoi turns into Seiryu and puts out the fire with water. When they get home Hime is very worried and Rekka ends up going to school with them.
Chapter 03 - At school Rekka is introduced and the classmates think he's really cute but wonder why him and Yume seem so close so rumors start to spread and Yume gets really irritated. Aoi and Rekka come to join her and Rii explains a little more about her role as the Priestess and why she must bring the two worlds together and how they must find Kirin. Hime comes along and tells Yume about an Uruyama legens about a girl confessing her love to a boy so they both turn into gold, and Hime hints that Yume should tell Aoi especially since the next day is Valentine's Day. That night Hime & Yume are making chocolate and Hime's end up looking like Mashiro's (an idol on TV). Hime goes to bed and Yume is up making chocolates which rekka picks on her about. The next day at school Hime gives rekka her chocolates which he thinks are good and Yume is spending time with Aoi. Aoi thinks Yume's chocolate was perfect but Kurobe pulls him away for a while. When Kirin's power is felt Yume & Rekka go look together and Yume ends up giving him her chocolate which he accepts after sayig it unappetizing.
Chapter 04 - It is now White Day so Aoi wants to do something special for Yume. The modeling girl from Chapter 02 had given him a pair of tickets to the fair so he wants to take Yume there. Hime & Rekka also go together but Hime is late because she has to do extra stuff for Kurobe-sensei after school; she ends up walking in on him and Mashiro (the idol girl from TV) but Kurobe is unaffected by it. Hime gets embarassed and runs out to the fair with Rekka. Meanwhile, Yume wants Aoi to do a love-meter test with her but the paper ends ups aying they're a bad match. It upsets her but Aoi insists it's okay. When Hime meets up with Rekka she wants to go on the marry-go-round where they end up kissing. Yume happens to see them and becomes shocked and Aoi kisses her and Rekka sees. Yume runs away and can't figure out why it upset her so bad. Rekka had ran after her and once he caught up he kisses her. Yume slaps him and runs off again this time to be confronted by Rii. When Aoi and Hime find her they are relieved and everyone goes home. Later in Yume's room she finds a little toy horse that rekka had gotten her as a present. Meanwhile, Hime is in her room and is piecing together the mirror from the first chapter.
Chapter 05 - It is a day for viewing cherry blossosm and the group goes t Aoi's family's home and everyone is really amazed by how large it is. Aoi has made lunch which no one likes except Yume -- who is eating a ton of it. Kurobe shows up and is disatisfied as well, and he blames Yume who he said made it seem like it would be good so he makes her go get him something to drink. On the way to do so, Yume falls into the water surrounidng the house and Kurobe pulls her out. Hime goes home to get her sister a change of clothing and Yume is in Aoi's house with a towel on waiting for Hime to come back. Aoi talks to her and is confused about her feelings towards Rekka so he becomes really demanding and there's a little scene and when he leaves Kurobe confronts him. At home Hime ends up finding the toy horse rekka had gotten Yume and she gets upset because apparently she was the one who picked it out at the fair. Yue comes out of the mirror and starts talking to Hime.. who falls asleep. There's a flashback scene fro rekka when s boy from his past comes and attacks Yume and turns all of the cherry blossoms to stone. Kurobe saves Yume when he becomes the kindof Genbu -- another one of the four who protects the Priestess. Yume transforms into the priestess and makes Rekka reconcile with his friend .. allowing everything to be normal again, except for Hime.. who is still asleep.
Chapter 06 - It is Hime & Yume's birthday and their parents plan on taking them for a trip, in the meanwhile Aoi, Rekka & Kurobe are over. Rekka makes food that gets dumped on Aoi because of Yume and Kurobe is trying to hit on the girls after seeing the scarves that Aoi gave them. Hime starts acting strange and confronts Aoi in the shower....! Yume gets upset that Rekka doesn't understand her feeling so she runs off and is later brought back by Aoi, but while they were out Rekka has fallen ill because he's spent too long in the human world and Hime has gone out to look for medacine. When she gets back she gets jealous that Yume is being paid attention to by Rekka .... and we find out that she is possessed by the evil people in the mirror. Yue sends a new enemy.. Niyan-niyan out to take care of Yume and the evil side's new Priestess is revealed.... Hime!! During a battle both Hime and Aoi are taken away ....
